Join us for MLK Day of Service at River Park North. We’ll assist with projects throughout the park and assemble Stow It-Don’t Throw It monofilament recycling containers on Monday.
Family Volunteer Day

Love A Sea Turtle’s Family Volunteer Day – Earn A Ride event gave away 105 bikes and engaged 58 volunteers in this project. Over 275 youth and families attended and completed multiple community service projects at a local park. It was a great day!
Paint The Drain
63 volunteers participated in our Make A Difference Day event on Saturday, October 24. We stenciled 109 storm drains, held water testing sessions, assembled monofilament recycling containers, and had fun carving pumpkins with Boys & Girls Club members.

World Oceans Day
June 8 is World Oceans Day! We’re collecting supplies for the care of injured sea turtles and will donate them to a sea turtle hospital.
NC Science Festival
Love A Sea Turtle participated in the Greene STEM Expo, an NC Science Festival event. The turtle cornhole board provided lots of fun!
