Saturday is Make A Difference Day. The Turtle Team will lead a 7 mile river clean up with 20+ youth from Building Hope Community Life Center. With a recent grant, we have purchased 20 trail bikes from their Recycle Bike Shop for The Outdoor Experience, our initiative to get people outdoors, enjoy nature and create awareness about the environment.

A turtle team of 10 attended an Outdoor Nation Summit this past weekend. Participants discussed outdoor barriers and brainstormed creative ideas to get more people outdoors and active.

We’re getting ready for the Boys & Girls Club summer campers. The first of 2 training sessions was held for camp volunteers.

Love A Sea Turtle has created “The Outdoor Experience Center”. With a Paddle Nation/Outdoor Foundation grant, new kayaks have been purchased.
